We sell hair extensions and wigs, including human hair and synthetic wigs, bundles, extensions, toppers, and accessories. We make every effort to display product dimensions, colours, lengths, and appearance as accurately as possible. However, actual colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on your viewing screen’s settings and lighting.
3. Orders & Payment Processing
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment authorization has been completed through our secure checkout gateways. All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Prices shown on product pages are the prices charged at checkout, except for any taxes that apply and are shown at checkout. We do not add hidden charges at checkout. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, correct typographical pricing errors, or refuse an order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the payment to the original payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and delivery terms are governed by our official Shipping Policy. We currently ship only within the United States, with free shipping and an estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 days. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, shipping information is sent to you by email, including tracking information when available.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All returns and refund claims are handled strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original condition and packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a refund or exchange, at your choice, upon review of the information submitted to customer support.

You may use this website solely for lawful retail purposes.
